31 Media, the publishers of VitAL Magazine, the authoritative, thought-provoking, and informative source of information and advice on all issues related to Business & IT Service Management has launched a series of specifically designed focus groups.

What are the VitAL Focus Groups?
The VitAL Focus Groups are one day events that take place between 11am and 4.30pm and see a minimum of 6-8 senior professionals gather at Claridges Hotel in central London to discuss and debate subjects that are relevant and pressing to them. Each debate is facilitated and chaired by a sponsor who lends their expertise and assists delegates overcome their internal challenges.

How do they work?
The aim of each focus group is to give delegates the opportunity to air their issues and discuss their challenges in a non pressured environment. So when delegates arrive they spend the first half an hour ‘Ice Breaking’ with other delegates and the sponsor. They are offered a selection of pastries, tea, coffee, and fruit juices and are then seated for 11.30am when the debate commences – the session runs through until 1pm where a three course lunch is served. Lunch is cleared by 2pm and the afternoon session starts and runs through until 4.30pm.

How do we get invovled?
Bringing senior level decision makers together in this way is a unique opportunity for the event sponsor to really understand the day to day issues facing each delegate and therefore providing a solid platform to build relationships with these key decision makers. This format opens doors at the highest level enabling alternative entry points in to organisations that may have previously been difficult to penetrate.
